About Vital.
Vital Limited (VTL) has built, owned, and managed communications networks for almost 30 years under the brands TeamTalk and CityLink. During the 1990s and 2000s TeamTalk created the largest commercial radio network in the country, while CityLink built the first fibre network in Wellington. Both companies paved the way for the networks we operate today. In 2019 we merged the two brands into one – Vital.
Every day, our networks, technical expertise, and 24/7 NOC support the operations of utilities, government, health, logistics, farm, and forestry organisations nationwide.

At the Company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders on 23 October 2019, a special resolution was passed that the then existing Constitution of the Company be revoked and a new Constitution be adopted by the Company.
